Feasibility of Support from State and Federal Government

This request for proposals seeks consulting services for a study of the feasibility of
obtaining federal (and possibly state) government financial support in various forms, such as program underwriting and/or sponsorships, grants, contracts for services, and direct support through agency budgets for a new resource center and advocacy organization for Native America.

Eligibility

Any consulting firm or individual with experience in government funding for non-profit
media and/or minority-owned or operated institutions may apply. Firms with direct
experience in Native American affairs at the federal and/or state level are especially
encouraged to apply. Applicants should make clear their qualifications to take on this
study.

This request for proposals seeks consulting services for a study of the feasibility of
obtaining corporate sponsorship and corporate philanthropy for a new resource center and advocacy organization for Native America.

Eligibility

Any consulting firm or individual with experience in non-profit media and/or fundraising
for minority-owned or operated institutions may apply. Applicants should make clear
their qualifications to take on this study.

This request for proposals seeks consulting services for a study of the feasibility of
obtaining financial support in various forms, such as program underwriting and/or
sponsorships, grants, and contracts for services, from organizations owned by Native
Americans, Native Alaskans, and tribes for a new resource center and advocacy
organization.

Eligibility

Any consulting firm or individual with experience in funding for non-profit media and/or
minority-owned or operated institutions may apply. Firms with direct experience in
fundraising through Native American organizations are especially encouraged to apply. Applicants should make clear their qualifications to take on this study.
